Our Zoom integration is live 🎉 With this integration, our customers can now have Zoom links, passwords, and dial-in details automatically added to their Google and Outlook calendar events. This makes scheduling even easier, ensuring everyone has the info they need for smoother collaboration and improved productivity! We'd like to think it's small things like this that make a product great :)

We're happy to announce our new integration with Tapkey 🎉 Our customers can now fully automate access sharing to Tapkey-powered spaces, keeping the two systems always in sync. Here are some example scenarios: - You can issue a day pass for your coworking space and the user automatically gets access to the space for that day. - You can grant access to meeting rooms only for the duration of the booking. - You can use the integration to manage access for hybrid employees and visitors. We have been busy building. From products like Archie Deliveries to new integrations like Slack and Teams, there is a long list of updates here... all of which happened just in the past few weeks. Hopefully that gives you an idea of how fast our platform is evolving. It's not about the amount of updates, but what those mean for our customers and how they impact their experience. In this post we try to cover just that, while giving you an overview of everything that's new.

We're making it even easier for our customers to manage payments with our new integration with GoCardless 🎉 It supports both subscriptions and one-off payments and we developed the integration so that it can run as a standalone solution as well as in parallel with other payment providers. Archie customers now have even more flexibility when it comes to the payment methods they want to implement and can further optimize their check-out processes.

You can now add your own Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager scripts to your Archie web app. This gives you the option to track and analyze your app performance by connecting it to any analytics solution you would like and further customize the experience for your users.

We just added deliveries to the Archie platform 📦 You can now automatically notify the receiver of a package that their delivery is ready for pickup! Alternatively you can also choose to send the notification only to selected admins instead. Our customers wanted it. We shipped it. (Get it?)

Archie + access control 💙 We are working on making Archie the best solution for any workspace. Not by just counting integrations and having the highest number of those, but by providing the best experience any time we integrate with other providers. Last week we released updates to how Archie works with Kisi and SALTO Systems as well as a brand-new integration with DoorFlow and updates to our open API. Here's a 40-second sneak peek of what's new.

Excited to announce that we now natively support Kisi's Tap-to-Unlock! You could always unlock Kisi-powered doors with the Archie app, but now the experience is even smoother. How? You can unlock doors by simply tapping your phone against the reader. → No need to install the Kisi app → No need to open the Archie app → No need to unlock your phone Simply use the device as if it was a keycard. And as usual, the integration keeps Kisi's access groups in sync with Archie. That means when you add a user in Archie, they automatically get access to the right areas of your workspace, during the right time frames, all based on pre-defined user groups. Happy unlocking!
