  • Well said, John Boynton. Proud to be Canadian. Proud to be Arterra.

As many of us navigate through tough times – from economic uncertainty to personal struggles, I've taken a moment to reflect on what truly sets Arterra apart. While many in the wine, spirits, and beer industries rush to tout their Canadian identity, often while being foreign-owned, I feel an overwhelming sense of pride knowing that Arterra is proudly owned and operated right here in Canada. From our stunning estates and vineyards in British Columbia and Ontario, to our iconic brands like Inniskillin, Jackson-Triggs, Black Sage, Open, Sandbanks, Bu, and Saintly, Le Clos Jordanne, and Culmina (and 100's more) we are deeply rooted in this great nation. Our core CSR pillars – First Nations allyship, protecting our environment, and supporting local families – are a true reflection of our Canadian identity and the values that guide us. And unlike many, every dollar we earn stays in Canada, reinforcing our dedication to the prosperity of our communities. I can confidently say that the entire Arterra team shares in this pride. For 150 years, we’ve stood tall, side-by-side with all Canadians and local businesses, fostering growth, resilience, and a bright future for our country. And as we look ahead, we are committed to doing so for another 150 years. Proud to be Canadian. Proud to be Arterra. #BuyCanadian #SupportLocal #CanadianWine

  • We’re incredibly proud to share that Wine Rack has successfully wrapped up their campaign in support of The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, marking our fourth year of partnership. Through the generosity of our customers and communities, we raised a significant amount for this important cause, and we’re thrilled to contribute $100,000 to support DWF’s mission of reconciliation and cultural understanding. In total, Wine Rack stores across Ontario have raised over $350,000 for DWF in the past four years, and we’re so grateful to our customers, employees, and community for making this possible. Thank you for helping us make a meaningful impact. #Reconciliation #DownieWenjackFund #TruthAndReconciliation #WineRack

  • As a 150-year-old wine company, we understand the importance of giving back. We owe our success to the generations before us, the land we call home, and the communities we serve across Canada. That’s why last year, we launched Arterra Gives Back Day – an opportunity for our employees to dedicate a day to supporting causes that reflect our 3 CSR pillars: First Nations Allyship, Environmental Stewardship, and Supporting Local Families. So far, we’ve volunteered over 500 hours across Canada! Here are some of our amazing team members in action, making an impact in the communities that have supported us for so long. Cheers to making a difference! #ArterraGivesBack #LifeAtArterra

  • What a way to start the year! We’re thrilled to share that Wine Enthusiast Magazine has given top marks to both Domaine Le Clos Jordanne and Inniskillin Riesling Icewine! Even more exciting - Le Grand Clos Chardonnay 2021 and Le Grand Clos Pinot Noir 2021 both earned Editors' Choice! This recognition is a true testament to the incredible work of our winemaking teams at Inniskillin and Domaine Le Clos Jordanne. We couldn’t be more proud! #WineAwards #ProudTeam #ExcellenceInWinemaking #OntarioWine

  • As one of Canada’s oldest wineries, reaching 150 years of crafting exceptional wines is a milestone we couldn’t be more proud of. And what better way to celebrate than by sharing a gift from the very land where it all began in 1874? Looking back on our journey, we’re deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed to our success over the years – our dedicated employees, loyal partners, and all those who continue to help shape Arterra into the great Canadian company we are today. As a token of our appreciation, we’ve sent a special bottle of sparkling wine to our team and partners – crafted from Pinot Meunier, sourced from the 2020 vintage. We believe this wine perfectly captures the spirit of the Niagara region, and we hope you enjoy.   Here’s to 150 years of making memories—and to the next 150! Cheers! #LifeAtArterra #150Years

  • Today, our very own Randy Dufour hosted an Icewine tasting for our Mississauga team. A great opportunity to learn, share, and appreciate the craftsmanship behind our world-renowned Icewine. (Not to mention a chance to raise a glass to celebrate our recent recognition – Inniskillin 2022 Icewine Cabernet Franc was named one of Wine Enthusiast's Enthusiast 100 Wines of 2024!) Cheers to the Icewine season ahead! #LifeAtArterra #WineLovers #Icewine #TeamBuilding
