Workshop Registration now available! Presented by the Future Leaders Committee A Coaching Approach to Leadership in the Modern Workplace Delta Fredericton on May 2nd, 10 am - 4 pm Open to all members, the Future Leaders Committee is proud to present this educational workshop entitled A Coaching Approach to Leadership in the Modern Workplace. This session will be led by Ross Preston and Dr. Catherine Lavers from Adroit Solutions based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Registration is $70 (lunch included) with a limit of only 50 spaces available so register ASAP. Session Description: One of the best ways we can ensure the success of our organizations is to be deliberate in the way we build our Culture. Broadly speaking Culture describes ‘the way we do things here’. The best Cultures are those which equally ensure efficiency of output, competitive edge and employees who feel valued, collaborating well to give their best. In short they are a great place to work and are successful. Creating a ‘Coaching Culture’ is the best way to achieve this. A Coaching Culture is supported by a style of leadership that sets clear goals and expectations, clearly defining ‘What’ needs to be achieved whilst supporting those individuals responsible for delivery to take ownership of the ‘How’. This approach fosters leaders at all levels within an organization, creating a sense of accomplishment, pride and job satisfaction. This session will explore how your organizational Culture currently functions; and whether there are changes you could make in your leadership practices that would better support a Coaching Culture. It will introduce you to principles and tools used to lead with a Coaching Approach. You will also have opportunities to practice these skills. Finally, you will create an action plan for taking this from theory into action. REGISTER HERE 👉 https://lnkd.in/etUAveCz
