Aviso came together for our fifth annual Winterfest — an opportunity to connect and celebrate the season by giving back to those in need. We're excited to share that we exceeded our fundraising goal for our Aviso Food Drive. Local food banks will receive non-perishable food items, and Food Banks Canada | Banques alimentaires Canada will receive a cash donation. Thank you to the amazing team who planned Winterfest and to all of our colleagues for coming together to support our communities. We encourage everyone who has the resources to donate to their local food bank or charity to help address food insecurity.

We hosted our final fireside chat of the year with SVP, Head of Correspondent and Institutional, Kevin Vanderheyden in Vancouver last month. It was an insightful and engaging conversation, where he offered some valuable advice to attendees: • A strong foundation matters. Our Toronto office welcomed the next generation for an unforgettable ‘Take Our Kids to Work Day’ on November 6. Children of colleagues had engaging sessions with our HR and Technology teams, giving them a firsthand glimpse into the professional world and the incredible talent driving Aviso.
