Spotlight on Excellence: Honoring Sean Craig Bayshore Medical Personnel pharmacist and CAF Veteran, Sean Craig, was recently presented a Bayshore HealthCare coin by Sandra Jalonen, Director of Operations for Bayshore Medical Personnel for taking on additional leadership responsibilities for an extended period of time.   From June 3 to October 16, Sean stepped into a Team Lead role at 2 Field Ambulance Health Services Centre Petawawa , allowing the military Pharmacy Officer, the opportunity to deploy on Operation Reassurance. The Health Centre leadership team shared their admiration for Sean’s exceptional performance: “Sean’s leadership, expertise, and dedication have been nothing short of remarkable. Sean's seamless transition into this role and his ability to deliver exceptional care to patients and unwavering support to staff have left a lasting impact. His calm demeanour, professionalism, and collaborative spirit inspire confidence and set the standard for quality care.” 2 Field Ambulance and Bayshore Medical Personnel are fortunate to have such a capable leader who consistently enhances clinic operations and patient outcomes. Thank you to Sean for his outstanding contributions to the CAF team and community.

It was a truly successful experience, filled with opportunities to network with dedicated mental health nurses and connect with others passionate about advancing mental health care.
