Utilizing a novel process developed by Lee Cadesky, Co-Founder and COO while pursuing a Masters of Food Science at Cornell University, C-fu FOODS is able to extract and restructure the proteins in insects yielding a versatile food product. This raw food product is then transformed further into Burgers and ground meat analogues. It can also be used as a food stabilizer/emulsifier replacing eggs, dairy, and/or soy to make, 'cheese' cake, 'cream cheese', and even ice 'cream'. Our products mimic the taste and textures of their non-insect counter part, unlocking the gastronomy of this exciting new taxonomy.
