I’m excited to launch Calgary Talks: The Social Series – a new platform for meaningful conversations about what makes Calgary great and where we’re headed next.   In our first episode, I sat down with Jay McNeil, President of the Calgary Stampeders, to talk about the integral role of professional sports organizations in our city, and most importantly – Calgary’s winning bid to host Grey Cup 2026, Canada’s largest single-day sporting event. We had the exquisite pleasure of hosting the annual Senior Charity Luncheon, organized by Leslie Horton (Global News), Sue Deyell (770 CHQR), and Chef Liana Robberecht. Seniors were treated to a scrumptious holiday meal (which was gluten and dairy free!), and swept away with prizes and gifts, presented by players from the Calgary Stampeder Football Club.
