Aldergrove Town Centre continues to take shape. Large-scale projects like ATC require a certain drive and momentum to bring everyone together and keep pushing forward day by day. From the first shovel in the ground to the finishing details of each phase, every milestone is a testament to the dedication of the teams involved. We're thankful for the opportunity to build with The Janda Group on a project that is sure to become a cornerstone for the Aldergrove community. #BuildingPeople #BuildingProcess #Construction #Caliber

Celebrating the Completion of Latimer Village! 🏗️ 🎉 We’re incredibly proud to announce that Latimer Village is officially complete. From breaking ground in August 2019 to seeing it flourish as a vibrant community in the Township of Langley, this project has been a true testament to resilience and teamwork. Through the challenges of COVID, supply chain vulnerability and much uncertainty, many dedicated teams came together and kept the vision alive, pushing forward to bring this ambitious project to life. Over five years, Latimer Village transformed into: 14 Buildings 805 New Homes 882,000 SF of Residential 120,000 SF of Office 36,000 SF of Commercial 888,000 SF of Parkade A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making Latimer Village a reality, and a special shoutout to our client, Vesta Properties Ltd. We are deeply grateful to have been given this opportunity, which is the most extensive master-planned development we have built to date. Your commitment to this project has made Latimer Village an exceptional addition to the community. Here’s to building great futures, creating spaces people call home, and overcoming challenges together. #LatimerVillage #ProjectCompletion #BuildingPeople #BuildingProcess #TownshipofLangley

Our team recently had the chance to step away and dive into some real adventure. From tackling the rapids to wandering in the wilderness, we enjoyed all the REO Rafting, Glamping & Yoga Resort had to offer. Beyond the excitement of the river, we took the time to kick back and reflect on some recent wins, enjoy candid conversation, and share ideas for the next quarter and year ahead. At Caliber, Building People goes beyond skill development or career growth - we invest in the lives and well-being of our team while at play. We’re gearing up for the journey ahead! 👷🏻♂️ 👷🏼♀️ 🛠️ 🏗️ #REORafting #Construction #TeamBuilding #BuildingPeople

What is excellence in construction? Thank you ICBA for letting Mike Maierle, Christian Hamm and I share our thoughts at the ICBA Innovation summit this past week. Here are 5 strategies I share at the conference: 1. Be a life long learner. Thank you Patrick Lencioni 2. Hire a business coach. Thank you Breakthrough Academy and Trevor Throness 3. Define purpose, vision and values (building people and process, be a small giant, own it, crush it, love it). Thank you Verne Harnish 4. Open book management. Thank you The Great Game of Business 5. Just Cause Thinking: (We see a world where the vast majority of people build and serve one another to affect generational change). Thank you Simon Sinek Also thank you to Sanjeev Dhillon, Chris Gardner, Jordan Bateman and Team from ICBA | Independent Contractors and Businesses Association for having the Caliber team at the conference.

The Caliber Classic 2024 We just wrapped up our first-ever company golf tournament, and it couldn’t have gone better! With 40 players, we hit the greens at the beautiful Poppy Estate Golf Course for a day filled with great swings, friendly competition, and some unforgettable moments. At Caliber, it’s not just about the projects we build—it’s about building a team and a culture that makes it all possible. Events like this let us take a step back from the work and strengthen the connections that keep us moving forward. From long drives to big smiles, it was an awesome way to celebrate the team that makes Caliber what it is. Can’t wait to do it all again next year! #BuildingPeople #OwnIt #CrushIt #LoveIt

It's been a big year. In recent months, our team has grown stronger, and our vision for the future has become increasingly clear. With steady progress at Hayer Town Centre, Walnut Park, Hive 2, Aldergrove Town Centre, and Latimer Village (which is nearing completion after nearly five years!), there is much to celebrate. Check out this quarterly recap with highlights from our project updates, Great Game of Business all-team huddle, and annual Caliber BBQ. We celebrate not only the incredible projects we get to build but also the amazing people we get to build them with. #Building #People #OwnIt #CrushIt #LoveIt

The annual Summer BBQ, a mainstay on the Caliber calendar. Our team recently enjoyed an incredible evening together with BBQ prepared by talented chef Walter Togeretz, refreshing pool time, and conversations amongst our extended team, all set to the backdrop of live music from Larry Edward. It's events like these that play such a vital role in building meaningful connections between different team members and the families behind them. Check out these highlights from this year's Summer BBQ. #LoveIt #BuildingPeople

Is this a strategic site planning meeting? nope. Is it a schedule update meeting? nope. It’s a group coaching session. 2 hours of pure encouragement, peer to peer accountability to our values, and team building. Our Joint coach and connects have been a foundational element in building great teams. Its not wasted time “away from the real work” but rather critical, strategic and imperative to the keep the “wheels on the bus”. We so often only share encouraging things about others at their funerals. But what does it cost you to be more intentional about what you see in your team now? and what might the return be? significant. #Buildingpeople. Caliber Projects
