On January 23rd, the Canada Revenue Agency announced an extension for the 2024 charitable tax deadline to the end of February. Canadians who donate between January 1st and February 28th, 2025, can choose to claim charitable tax credits on their personal income tax filings for either 2024 or 2025. If you would like to take advantage of this extension, consider donating to a charity of your choice at canadahelps.org.
