Canadian Abandonment Services supplies services to abandon wellheads as the last step before reclamation. It is a simple process: Step 1. Cut off the casing 1.0 m to 2.0 m below ground level using our hydro jet cutting system; Step 2. Pull casing and wellhead out of the ground which requires minimal ground disturbance - in this case a 21" conductor just to make it a little more challenging; Step 3. Plug production and surface casing with a friction fit cap marked and stamped with the well UWI; and Step 4. Fill in the hole and move on to the next well.
