Last week R&L Vancouver managed the delivery of two tanks from the Lower Mainland to one of the Southern Gulf Islands. A creative solution was needed, as with a cargo height of 14', BC Ferries was not an option, and the site had entry restrictions. We used a double drop to pick up from the supplier and then transloaded to a step deck to load to the barge. The route survey done months earlier meant even with a transport height of over 17', we made it to the site with no issues. The weather was also agreeable.
