Occupational Safety and Health Administration has announced its annual adjustment to civil penalties for 2025. 💸 Effective January 15, 2025, the new maximum penalties are: Serious or Other-Than-Serious Violations: $16,550 per violation Willful or Repeated Violations: $165,514 per violation These adjustments are part of OSHA's ongoing efforts to ensure penalties keep pace with inflation and maintain their deterrent effect. Our CEO, Shawn Watts, got to visit North Carolina and experience "a day in the life" of Zach Burick, President and Owner of D.S. Duggins Welding (DSD Welding). 🇺🇸 From an early morning gym session and cold plunge to a family visit and a tour of their job sites, Zach shared how he balances it all: running a successful business, taking care of himself, and making time for family. Zach’s story is just as dynamic as his day-to-day—did you know he used to be a professional musician? Now, he’s managing countless moving parts at D.S. Duggins, including a future office under construction and multiple job site where Corfix is helping keep things running smoothly.
