Thank to our Executive Director Pat Stride for taking us on a journey to discover our purpose, once again giving us tools we can use! As promised, here is her Personal CC Purpose Statement: I invest in CC because…. for leaders it can be very lonely at the top, the expectations of ever-increasing performance, higher targets, endless meetings, demanding asks, the pressures of reporting to shareholders and investors. The people in our chapters take huge risks, they make huge commitments to run their businesses and they dig deep to support their employees and our communities. As business leaders, they make a bigger difference in our day to day communities than many of us really consider. Some of them make it look easy. It never is. They deserve to be supported.    I believe that CC creates and facilitates relationships, the connections and opportunities that assist these leaders to be more successful; to expand employee teams and to deliver greater results which drive more value back to our community. It is a beautiful circle of giving that creates real change.
