A big thank you to our amazing co-ops – Milica Maksimović, Suanne Sparrow, and Danielle Grajnar!   Milica and Suanne joined our Automation team to tackle a challenging project: programming a dynamic process simulation of Senakw’s thermal energy control system. Their expertise and determination resulted in a powerful tool that will help test and optimize Senakw’s control logic, advancing Creative Energy’s commitment to low-carbon energy solutions.   Danielle supported our Development team by preparing rate summaries and establishing benchmarks for current and future projects. She also contributed immensely to making our Toronto event a successful social.   Thank you, Milica, Suanne, and Danielle, for your passion and hard work. Wishing you the best as you return to school—your futures are so bright! We’re already looking ahead to welcoming new talent for the Winter 2025 co-op term. #ThankYouCoOps #FutureEnergyLeaders #LowCarbon #RenewableEnergy

  • It’s been an inspiring month for Creative Energy as we participated in two impactful events exploring the pathways to decarbonization and sustainable innovation.   At the Greening Health Care Forum, David Angelo introduced the keynote speaker Dr. Rao, who shared powerful insights into reducing emissions in Canada’s healthcare system. Did you know? Canada’s healthcare system accounts for nearly 5% of the country’s total greenhouse gas emissions, surpassing even the aviation industry. While Canada has committed to building low-carbon, sustainable health systems since 2021, progress in this area continues to hold incredible potential for driving systemic change.   Meanwhile, at the sold-out "Unlocking Ontario's Low-Carbon Future with District Energy" event, Diego Mandelbaum delivered a presentation on the vision for powering a sustainable Ontario through district energy solutions. Hosted in partnership with Centre for Community Energy Transformation (CCET), Region of Peel, and the Consulate General of Denmark Toronto, the event reinforced the importance of public-private partnerships in accelerating a low-carbon future.   A big thank you to all the speakers, organizers, and sponsors who made these events successful. We’re proud to support facilities and communities on their journeys toward decarbonization, ensuring sustainable solutions while reducing barriers to avoid significant capital expenditures, and achieving long-term operating cost predictability.   Together, we’re shaping a cleaner, greener future.   #LowCarbonFuture #DistrictEnergy #LowCarbonFuture #Sustainability #CreativeEnergy #Canada #USA
