In the past, hydrocarbon-based products and road salts were the go-to solutions for dust control, but they come with major drawbacks. In addition to being very toxic to the environment – there are major performance issues that could be impacting the safety and efficiency of your operation. 🛢️ Hydrocarbon / emulsion treated roads: performance of the road is often compromised in wet conditions since water and oil don’t mix and can cause the road surfaces to become slippery.
