Excited to share that our latest research, "Radiogenomics and Machine Learning Predict Oncogenic Signaling Pathways in Glioblastoma," has been published in Journal of Translational Medicine! 🎉 Thanks to team and all involved researchers. Conducted by DigiBiomics in collaboration with leading researchers, this study represents a major step in leveraging AI and radiogenomics for non-invasive cancer diagnostics. Using machine learning models on MRI-derived radiomic features, we successfully predicted key oncogenic signaling pathways in glioblastoma (GBM), including RTK-RAS, PI3K, TP53, and NOTCH.
