A learning program aimed at increasing digital literacy amongst women+ and diversity in the IT industry.
About us
Digital Skills for Women+ (DS4W+) is a learning program designed to help women+ without experience in digital/tech learn about industry topics, the ecosystem, and career opportunities. Its purpose is to help participants build confidence, learn industry language, build community among presenters and peers, and ultimately leave better positioned to explore and enter a career in tech. Each cohort consists of multiple live, virtual sessions led by women+ subject matter experts. The curriculum covers a variety of topics aligned to key digital/tech career areas, including digital marketing strategy, analytics, SEO, databases, digital advertising, email marketing, cybersecurity, programming, AI, and more. DS4W+ is the missing piece to the current digital/tech upskilling landscape, acting as an on-ramp for complete beginners from underrepresented backgrounds, and as a springboard for further upskilling and career exploration.
