Our scripting module is an advanced feature in our delivery management software that allows US and YOU to write custom code to handle specific events automatically. Here's how: 1.    React to Events: The module can be programmed to respond to certain triggers or events. For example, when an order is created, you can automatically add necessary attributes based on the order. 2.    Route Assignment: it can be used to send orders to the appropriate delivery route. 3.    Dispatch: the module ensures the order is dispatched to the correct driver or delivery team. It’s as simple as that! This solid foundation in software development opened the door to diverse opportunities working on multiple HR software, where he honed his skills and developed a keen eye for efficient, user-friendly solutions. 🌟 In 2013, Mathieu joined Dispatch Science. He thrived in the dynamic environment of a startup, where every day was an opportunity to innovate and push boundaries. Mathieu initially worked on mobile app development and then worked on the development of our new cloud-based delivery management software. This required combining the latest technological advancements with real-time data processing, and a scalable architecture to revolutionize last mile delivery management software. This blend of formal education and practical, on-the-ground experience has shaped Mathieu into a versatile and forward-thinking tech leader. As Principal Software Engineer, Mathieu plays a crucial role in driving our technological advancements and maintaining the integrity of our systems. He is responsible for overseeing the technology we use, designing the architecture of our systems, and ensuring that our core performance metrics are met. 📊 He writes code and reviews the code that other developers are working on and addresses any questions or challenges that arise. 🛠️ His attention to detail and thorough approach ensures that all our features are top-notch and that our technology continues to evolve and meet the needs of our clients. One of the achievements Mathieu is most proud of is the scripting module he developed in our software that allows us and our clients to write custom code to handle specific events automatically. For example, when an order is created, or a reference number added to the order the scripting module can send it to the appropriate delivery route and driver based on your business needs. Moving forward, Mathieu is keen to fully leverage the opportunities provided by AI in enhancing our TMS. 🌟 Stay tuned!🌟 Mathieu thrives in the 100% remote working culture at Dispatch Science, enjoying the perfect work-life balance with no commute and quality family time with his wife and two children.
