It's hard to believe we are already a week into the new year. One full week of 52 down. Some highlights from this last year include building a home with an elevator, doing a really cool renovation on a double wythe brick wall in Armstrong point, and our Dueck Builders Christmas party (some archery and great food)! This past year we got the opportunity to work on a fun renovation on Montague. We added a proper sized mudroom, extended a studio space, enlarged a kitchen (while our customer re-finished her own cabinets), added a bedroom upstairs, and enlarged the primary bedroom and closet! We get to work with Warmboard Inc. on a couple projects every now and then. Besides looking really cool from drone photos, they provide a really easy to follow process to make including their product a breeze. You send your home plans to them, they design an ultimate comfort system including panel layouts, tubing routes, and zoning plans that you can design to accomodate your lifestyle. Then we just execute installation on site with framers and plumbers. Best part is that after you have executed you get to have radiant heat throughout your home broken down into practically whatever number of zones you want.
