From our experience at Eliomedica Inc over the past few years, we have learned that smaller strategy consulting firms can now deliver significant, impactful results by leveraging artificial intelligence. AI allows these firms to provide solutions that are often more tailored to the specific needs of startups, regardless of the firm's size, and in many cases, even more effectively than larger firms. I had the pleasure of discussing this with Michelle Wu, founder and CEO of NyquistAI. Based in Palo Alto, California, the NyquistAI team has developed an AI-driven solution that organizes decades of clinical and regulatory data into searchable, actionable insights, empowering life science companies to focus on innovation. We’ve had the privilege of using the NyquistAI platform at Eliomedica. Last week, we attended MedDevice Boston. It was wonderful to reconnect with past colleagues, current partners, and meet exciting new startups. Here are three of my favorite moments from the event: - The talk on wearables and AI by Talia Grace Haller and Hussain Ahamed. - The panel discussion on the future of orthopedic sports medicine by Scott Sigman MD - The startup pitches. As always, the Startup Stadium was my favorite session. Just before I left for the conference, my 4-year-old daughter made a list of people I needed to meet. Can you find your name? #MEDeviceBoston2024

We're excited to welcome Emily Hayhurst to our medical device strategy firm, Eliomedica Inc. Emily brings a unique background in medical device design and human factors engineering. In her role, she will help our clients effectively communicate their commercialization strategies to stakeholders through visualizations. This is game changing for raising funding, achieving stakeholder alignment, accelerating market entry, and ultimately ensuring successful product launches. As a strategy firm, we aim to address a key challenge for startups: communication - whether with the FDA, VCs, or internally. To us, success has two components: first, creating a validated strategy that integrates various pieces of the market entry puzzle; and second, effectively communicating it to key stakeholders. We’ve found that achieving this is difficult without strong visualization, and Emily is here to tackle that challenge. Having worked together in the past, Emily and I are now collaborating on a fundraising strategy for a digital health company. #Eliomedica #MedicalDevice #MedTech #MedicalDeviceStrategy #RegulatoryStrategy #ReimbursementStrategy #FDACommunications #Fundraising Golddy Kaur Golnaz (Naz) Moeini Parth Agarwal Francis Jeanson T.
