Epsilon Industries designs and manufactures highly customized packaged mechanical and electrical systems.
About us
Epsilon designs and builds prefabricated modular utility systems in an integrated factory environment, providing solutions for our clients that are better, faster and easier. Better: Designed, manufactured, and installed by a single source to deliver efficient layouts and robust quality. Faster: Factory-built in parallel with field work, for on-site installation in a fraction of the time. Easier: Turnkey design through installation reduces coordination requirements while eliminating clashes and confusion. Epsilon’s modular, off-site constructed projects include chiller plants (water and air cooled), boiler plants (steam and hot water), electrical switch-gear and UPS systems, integrated air handling systems, specialized pumping, controls, and similar systems. We provide our clients with a single-point source for supply and installation services - delivering turnkey projects that streamline the entire process, from shipping and rigging through start-up and training.

This time-lapse video shows the installation of a central chilled-water plant for an industrial client in the mid-south region of the US, orchestrated by Epsilon's Field Operations team. The plant shown here represents one phase of 57,000-tons of total chilled-water capacity provided by Epsilon, and was completed in approximately 10 weeks - significantly faster than the equivalent traditional field-built schedule, with far less on-site labor required, and a drastic reduction in site congestion for the construction team and client. #OSC #OffSiteConstruction
