  • There are over 100 parts in your salt cake filter, and signs of wear aren’t always visible. Having replacement parts on hand can prevent breakdowns and extend your filter’s lifespan.   ✔️ Gaskets and seals lose integrity once opened—do you have enough replacements on hand? ✔️ Wear plates last 9-12 months with proper tension. ✔️ Filter cloths should be inspected for gaps or tears and replaced as needed.   And if you’re unsure where to begin, email spares@ercoworldwide.com. We can help you find and source OEM-approved parts ASAP. Ask about bundle discounts for chlorate customers! #OEMParts #PulpAndPaper

  • Mike Tkach, a longstanding employee of ERCO, has officially retired! We will miss him dearly, so we’d like to highlight his career and what made him an invaluable part of our team. Mike first joined ERCO in the 1980s. When asked what motivated him to stay at ERCO for such a long time, he said, “ERCO has always been a fantastic company, offering challenging opportunities and fostering a supportive work environment. Every day brought something new, and there was never a dull moment.” He's been around through ownership and name changes, but recognized how the company’s core values and commitment to hiring exceptional people has remained consistent. His advice to new employees? Embrace the wealth of opportunities ERCO offers and trust that ERCO will work hard to help you succeed. In retirement, he’s most looking forward to experiencing life without deadlines or commitments, travel with his wife, and spending time with friends and family. Thank you for all your hard work, Mike! You’ve been an integral part of ERCO’s success, and we’re proud to call you part of the ERCO family. We wish you all the best in retirement, travels, and beyond! #EmployeeSpotlight #Thankful

  • We were honored to host Dr Michelle Penelope King Chartered FCIPD, who spoke to us about how to make work meaningful. There were plenty of great takeaways from the discussion, and here's one of our favorites: Advanced social and emotional skills are more important in navigating today’s workplace than ever before. We can build these skills by: ·      Creating and sustaining informal networks ·      Regularly sharing information and learning with colleagues ·      Proactively and intentionally developing your skills and navigating your career We're excited to put these tips into practice. How do you make work meaningful? Let us know in the comments! #Teamwork #CompanyCulture
