Moderator role Committee on Workers' Capital 2024, with my fellow experienced labour trustee colleagues Philippe Sebag, Sharon Hendricks, Mario Sanchez Richter, CIIA, Laetitia Tankwe. Representing France, United States and Spain. This session gave voice to union nominated trustees from around the world to discuss realities and challenges facing them at the board table in 2024. The discussion goal to help the audience understand how the positioning and discussions around ESG issues have evolved and changed over the last 5-10 years.
