We Ever Serve Staffing are looking for strong leader for Quality Assurance position for one of our superior client located in Mississauga. This is an exciting opportunity to join our best and growing company. Job responsibilities: 1. Inspect all incoming raw materials for defects in workmanships. 2. Inspect all incoming assemblies for defects in mechanical or electrical operation where applicable. 3. Inspect products during the manufacturing process for early detection of failures/non- conformances. 4. Inspect all finished goods for defects in operation/workmanship. Ensure all finished goods placed in inventory are packaged properly and contain the proper documentation. 5. Maintain test equipment. Report defective test equipment to QC Manager. 1. Identify and Quarantine defective products and/or raw materials. 6. Report defects to QC Manager and/or purchasing. Fill out Non-Conformance/Discrepancy Reports. 2. Assist with inspection of Customer Returned Goods for verification of fault. Report findings to QC Manager for decision on next steps. 3. Produce weekly statistical reports for Incoming Quality Control Inspections. 4. We are looking for Quality/Admin Assistant for one of our clients in Mississauga (Metal Industry) It is a full time position. Candidate must have technical educational background- Electrical, Mechanical or Structural engineering Responsibilities include quality checks during manufacturing process and general office work. Details of the duties are as follows : Quality related : (1) Review engineering drawings, create and distribute work orders for every day's production (2) Quality checks of in process and final products on a regular basis to ensure supplied product meets customer requirements (3) Inspection of incoming material comparing it with issued Pos and labelling it. Admin related : (1) Daily printing of attendance list and have ready for next day (2) Collect attendance list from previous day and calculate employee hours.
