Inner Child Fears That Affect Entrepreneurs: Inner child wounds can profoundly affect entrepreneurs, often manifesting in fears that hinder their ability to take risks, lead effectively, or grow their businesses. These fears are rooted in unresolved emotional wounds from childhood, typically related to key experiences such as rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, injustice, or scarcity: 1. Fear of Rejection: Avoids sharing ideas out of fear of judgment. 2. Fear of Failure: Hesitant to take risks due to fear of mistakes. 3. Fear of Abandonment: Struggles with delegating or trusting others. 4. Fear of Humiliation: Avoids public visibility and vulnerability. 5. Fear of Betrayal: Finds it hard to trust in partnerships or collaborations. 6. Fear of Scarcity: Operates from a mindset of lack, avoiding investment. 7. Fear of Injustice: Obsessed with control, struggles with compromise. 8. Fear of Being Unworthy: Battles self-doubt and imposter syndrome. 9. Fear of Conflict: Avoids tough conversations, harming relationships. 10. Fear of Exposure: Reluctant to be fully seen, limiting visibility. 11. Fear of Success: Subconsciously fears success will isolate them. 12. Fear of Letting Others Down: Overcommits to please others, risking burnout. 13. Fear of Independence: Hesitates to take full responsibility for decisions. 14. Fear of Criticism: Avoids feedback, fearing rejection. 15. Fear of Disapproval: Struggles to make decisions that might upset others. #yycbusiness, #yycsoulpreneurs, #yycbusinessowners Diana Clarkson ,

Thanks to you; our clients, partners, volunteers, and friends, we are able to help our community and give to those in need. We are so excited to visit an orphanage this Saturday, August 3rd, and help children with their physical and emotional needs. On August 8th, we are visiting the unit for Burned Children, at the Cusco Regional Hospital. Non-adherent gauzes for wounds are hard to find in Cusco, so we are bringing some from Canada. If you are in Lima or Cusco, and would like to donate non-adherent gauzes, these angels would appreciate this. We always promote our donors and sponsors of our social responsibility programs. Next year we are doing a retreat in Cusco, one of the wonders of the world. If you would loke to participate or be a facilitator/speaker, let us know.
