Led by Cultivation Capital, a venture capital firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, with additional investment from Montreal-based Boreal Ventures, this funding will drive FLiiP’s mission to provide gym owners with seamless, scalable solutions tailored for multi-location commercial gyms. Designed for simplicity and scalability, FLiiP equips gym owners and operators with comprehensive tools for member self-service, multi-location management, and streamlined operations. Founded by gym owner David Bourbonnière, the company is dedicated to transforming the fitness industry by enabling ambitious entrepreneurs to build and expand thriving businesses. FLiiP supports a diverse range of fitness businesses—including commercial gyms, functional training centers, boxing gyms, and martial arts studios—primarily focusing on mid-sized organizations. Purpose-built for multi-location operations, the platform offers intuitive solutions to enhance management efficiency and elevate the member experience. With experience from TouchBistro and a background in mid-market deals, Terry understands the nuances of payments and operations—key aspects of the fitness industry. His expertise will be invaluable as we scale and disrupt the fitness SaaS space. Kash Persaud also joins us as a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, bringing over five years of SaaS sales experience from Uber and LumiQ. He’s a pro at navigating complex deals and managing full sales cycles across SMB and mid-market. His strategic approach and ability to build strong customer relationships will be key as we accelerate growth.
