LinkedIn Profile Branding: • Standardize LinkedIn profiles of team members to align with Foserve’s branding. • Design and implement visually appealing LinkedIn banners with the company name, logo, and tagline. • Ensure consistent formatting for professional headlines, summaries, and skills across all profiles. 2. Content Management: • Develop and execute a plan for team members to share company posts and updates regularly. • Create engaging content strategies to increase brand visibility and consistency across LinkedIn. • Monitor LinkedIn activity and encourage team engagement with company posts, such as liking, commenting, and sharing. 3. Brand Cohesion: • Collaborate with team members to ensure their profiles reflect their roles and contributions to Foserve. • Provide guidance on maintaining a professional tone and content in personal LinkedIn activity. • Assist in drafting or refining team members’ profiles to emphasize their alignment with Foserve’s mission and vision. 4. Analytics and Reporting: • Track and analyze LinkedIn engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements. • Provide regular reports on profile views, engagement rates, and audience growth. 5. Design and Creativity: • Design visually appealing graphics and banners for LinkedIn posts and profiles using branding guidelines. • Ensure all designs reflect Foserve’s minimalistic and professional aesthetic. 6. Training and Support: • Conduct training sessions or provide resources to team members on best practices for LinkedIn engagement. • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to LinkedIn branding and social media presence. Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on LinkedIn. • Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, and content creation. • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely. • Knowledge of staffing or recruitment industries is a plus.
