Winter roads ahead! 🚗 ❄️ Stay safe with four winter driving tips from the Government of Ontario. 🐢 Slow down and stay in control! Many collisions occur because drivers are going too fast for road conditions. 🚗 🚙 Give space! It takes longer to stop on slippery roads, so ensure there is extra space between you and other vehicles. 🚨 Focus and stay alert! Pay attention to the road surface; if the asphalt appears black and shiny, it may be covered in ice. Keep your eyes on the road, put your phone down, and avoid distractions while driving. 💡Use Your Lights! Make sure to use your vehicle's full lighting system in poor visibility and whiteout conditions.
