(GES) is pleased to announce that as of December 3, 2024, we have signed an agreement to acquire the Canadian operations of Aureus Energy Services Inc. This acquisition, effective January 1, 2025, represents a significant step in our shared mission to become Canada’s premier water management company. The integration of GES and Aureus combines the strengths of two industry leaders, enhancing our capabilities in water management and heating solutions across Canada. Together, we are better positioned to meet the evolving needs of our industry and deliver exceptional service to our clients. For the time being, both entities will continue operating under their current structures to ensure a seamless transition. Team integration will be undertaken gradually, as necessary, with a focus on maintaining service excellence and prioritizing the needs of our customers throughout the process. 🎄 What a great way to kick off the holiday season! 🎄 The Fraction Energy Services Team had so much fun spreading Christmas cheer at the Elders Christmas Dinner with the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation-Chief Sheldon Sunshine ,Lynn, Tracey, Karl Moses, Clyde Goodswimmer, Grant Goodswimmer. With over 200 elders in attendance, it was a joy to connect with so many wonderful individuals while serving dinner. A big thank you to our President and CEO Ken Wagner for embracing the role of Santa Claus 🎅 – he absolutely nailed it and might have enjoyed it even more than everyone else! 😉 We’re also so appreciative of Veren for being the perfect elves and partnering with us to make this event such a meaningful experience. This Remembrance Day, we pause to honour and reflect on the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of all who have served in the armed forces—those who stood in the face of conflict and those who devoted themselves during times of peace. The bravery and resilience shown by these individuals have safeguarded our freedoms and built the foundation upon which our communities stand today. We offer our deepest gratitude to those who served in conflicts around the world, enduring hardship and risk to protect others. And we are equally thankful for those who served during peace, ever-ready to protect and defend. Every uniformed individual has contributed to the legacy of freedom, hope, and unity we hold dear. As we remember these courageous individuals, we honour their unwavering dedication and the lasting legacy they have left behind. Among them are current Green Energy employees who have served, embodying the same commitment and resilience. Their service—whether on the front lines, in support roles, or in readiness during times of peace—has preserved the freedoms and values we hold dear. This Remembrance Day, let us reflect, honour and remember these heroes. Their stories inspire us, and their contributions remind us of the strength found in unity and gratitude.
