That’s why we created future foHRward in 2016 – to provide HR professionals with the best community and content in a stimulating, engaging and interactive environment. As the world of work and the role of HR continues to evolve, learn and experiment with strategies that will help you to ensure your organization has the capabilities it needs to adapt to disruption. Get inspired by our world-renowned speakers, engage with leading experts and get involved in our interactive working sessions to create actionable insights that drive the future foHRward. Today, progressive companies are dialing up a strategic and holistic approach to well-being. This means understanding the interconnection among all three of these pillars, as well as other factors such as social/ community well-being and work environment. Now in 2022, as we face rising inflation, financial well-being is of even more concern as people struggle to maintain their lifestyles with their current wages. • 2024 was a year of *organic growth* for us -- a journey fueled by authenticity and connection. When we started future foHRward off the sides of our desks in 2016 as an annual conference for Toronto-based CHROs, we could never have imagined where we’d be today. While our reach has grown, our mission has stayed the same: to empower HR (and all) leaders of the future to make work better. Here’s how we grew organically this year: 📰 foHRsight Newsletter - Launched in 2020 to help our community make sense of the ever-changing world of work, foHRsight has become a trusted resource - Jump forward to today, we've sent almost 240 issues, providing a weekly dose of "our foHRsight" and of course a weekly feel-good too - This year, we published 4 exclusive white papers and hosted engaging community events with thought leaders like Laura Keith, Josh Bersin, Nate Shalev, and Rob Sadow 🎙 foHRsight Podcast - Launched in late 2022, our podcast has organically connected us to listeners in 1,000+ cities across nearly 100 countries  - We celebrated 100 episodes this month, sharing insights from the brightest minds in HR and beyond 👫 foHRsight+ Community - This year, we welcomed four new cohorts of forward-thinking senior HR leaders to foHRsight+ - We are proud to be building a vibrant community that bridges industries, geographies, and perspectives  - We hosted 3 in-person meet-ups in Toronto and New York, 4 Tech HR Sessions, 8 Roundtables, and 4 Power HR sessions and a few Pop-ups open to all - As we look foHRward to 2025, we’re excited to continue expanding and deepening these connections—with new thought leadership, more opportunities to gather, and a continued commitment to authentic growth. Here’s to making work better, together. Happy, happy holidays and all the best for a healthy, happy, impactful 2025! #HRCommunity

Check out our library of foHRsight podcast episodes wherever you get yours. Each is chock full of strategic insights and pragmatic tips for HR and all leaders looking to make work better. While you're there check out our 100th episode and subscribe, so you don't miss our 100s of episodes to follow! 🎉 And we always appreciate a rating and / or review so others can find our show and join our mission of making work better.

  • Tomorrow, Thursday Dec 12th marks an important milestone for future foHRward. We are celebrating our 100th episode of the foHRsight podcast! 🎙️ 🎉 Almost exactly two years ago, Mark convinced Naomi to start recording our future of work banter to see if anyone was interested in listening to a podcast version of it. Then it quickly evolved into an excuse to reach out to top thought leaders: We asked for one hour of their time to share their perspective and insights related to all matters surrounding the future of work. Blink and here we are celebrating our 100th episode. We are so beyond grateful to all of you who said yes, turning our random streams of consciousness into an inspiring collection of thought- and action-provoking discourse...all aligned to our mission of making work better. Subscribe now wherever you get your podcasts so you don't miss it... and while you're there we'd love a rating or review so more people can find our show and get inspired to make work better. 🙏

  • We had a nice and cozy foHRsight+ meet-up in Toronto last week, where we welcomed some of our new fall cohort members, as well as some legacy ones, and connected on everything from HR (obv.) to pickles to Taylor Swift to out of town sports and more. Thank you to those of you who came out to schmooze with us… It’s always so nice to connect in person! While technically we are closed for new members until the spring, if you want to join our party, DM us for more info about our fall CHRO and VP+ HRBP & Talent cohorts.

  • Our Fall 2024 foHRsight+ cohort is officially kicking off and it’s not too late to join us! We believe deeply in the power of community, and even more powerful is a multi-faceted community like ours that stretches across borders, timezones and industries. Our members bring such extensive backgrounds and expertise that each one of our events and workshops is full of dynamic conversation, perspective and learning where we all benefit greatly. We also offer a unique mix of online and in-person events. We connect regularly online and we meet up in-person at local gatherings (like our Toronto meet-up this week!) and external events and conferences like Transform in Vegas. If you‘re a forward-thinking CHRO, Sr. HRBP or Talent Leader, express interest now or share this with someone in your orbit who would benefit from the power of foHRsight+. This is your community. #hrcommunity #futureofwork #chro
