Workplace bullying impacts 37% of employees, often leading to serious mental and physical health issues like anxiety and depression. Studies show 72% of bullies are in positions of authority, disproportionately targeting women and long-standing employees according to the Workplace Bullying Institute and insights from Bullying Bosses: A Survivor’s Guide by Robert Mueller.
