We can all agree that making the office a destination of choice for employees will never be achieved through corporate mandates. As this article by William Wadsack suggests, based on takeaways from Bisnow's recent Future of DFW Office event, "𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀" as a magnet to help drive employees back to the workplace. "𝗪𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘄 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆." “𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀,” Bashaw said. “𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘇𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 [𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁] 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲❓” At HILO, one of our building partners in Irving, TX recently added a Café in their lobby and it's already having a positive impact on tenants. Our mobile platform is being used to spread the word and continuously promote the Café's products, specials and events. By putting this content directly into the hands of employees, we are reaching customers in real time, no matter where they are. “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲,” Bashaw said. “𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
