    We are #hiring Sales Manager with Chinese language Job Overview Our sister company is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. He / She will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and understanding their business goals. Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and with potential clients, developing strategies to increase revenue. Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans that align with client objectives and company goals, adjusting strategies as needed. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver a cohesive client experience. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on account performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Cold calling: contacting a potential customer or client who has not expressed previous interest in speaking with a customer service Qualifications Proven experience in Fintech or Financial services Strong understanding of sales and client management processes. Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Mandarin language is a must Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
