Imagine a single number that would help, particularly in business etiquette, empathy or intercultural awareness. An insightful blog from Gib Bulloch, 20-year veteran at Accenture and author of "The Intrapreneur: Confessions of a corporate insurgent" arguing that before serious global issues such as climate change can be solved, the focus needs to be about the inner self, the well-being, the soft skills. Esto solo crea confusión y afecta tu credibilidad. ⛓️💥 Rompe la conexión: Responder con una pregunta puede hacer que tu audiencia sienta que no te importa su duda, lo que debilita la relación y la confianza. 😖 Fomenta la frustración: Las personas esperan una respuesta, no una evasiva. Si no das una respuesta directa, pueden sentirse ignoradas o frustradas. 🎮 Pierdes el control: Si usas muchas preguntas, puede parecer que no estás dirigiendo la conversación. IDG is founded by people at Harvard University of USA, Lund University and Stockholm University of Sweden, amongst others. It was co-created in 2021 by 1000+ scientists, experts and HR & Sustainability professionals, with a community comprises practitioners, scientists, and coaches from 50 countries. The aim is to promote inner skills (or soft skills) to tackle complex societal challenges. The publisher is De Gruyter Brill of Switzerland, with editors Eleftheria Egel and Mauricio Campos Suarez.
