  • On Monday, we wrapped up Session Two of Inclusive Leadership with Fluor Corporation! Earlier this year, we kicked things off with our first session on transformative leadership through inclusion, and our second session was all about the traits of inclusive leaders—leading with HEART: Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Resiliency, and curiosiTy. As leaders, embodying these traits is inclusive leadership. During the session, we explored real-life leadership challenges, engaged in group discussions, and built personal action plans to bring these traits to life in the workplace. Our Inclusive Leadership course consists of two sessions, combining in-person and virtual learning. It’s designed knowing that leaders are busy, offering an interactive and practical approach that includes case studies, breakouts, and reflection exercises to ensure learning isn’t just theoretical but actionable.
