About us
The IGF is a $153M open-ended investment fund that provides access to capital that Indigenous small- and medium-sized businesses need to start or expand. The Fund’s structure relies on Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs) ability to deploy loan capital to Indigenous businesses based on their unique understanding of, and connection to, the communities they serve. The IGF makes portfolio investments into IFIs, who then make loans to Indigenous businesses.
