What does a leader in the commercial cleaning industry look like? At Mero, we get asked that a lot. Fortunately, we get to work directly with many leaders in this space and see what makes them a leader. Andrew Hood at Innovation Building Maintenance Inc. is one of the leaders in commercial cleaning that I think will leave a lasting impression on this industry. Andrew is a 2nd generation of owners at Innovation and is committed to respecting the strong foundation that Innovation has built while also growing it to new heights. When Innovation first heard about Mero, they were heavily invested in what was a very hands-on management approach to minimizing quality control gaps. They used the "commonly found" technologies on the market like QR codes or barcodes. It seemed to work, for the most part. But they weren't content with just minimizing these issues - they wanted to eliminate them entirely. This ambitious goal is what initially intrigued them about Mero. They saw in Mero’s technology the potential to completely eliminate proof of work gaps. This would allow them to offer the best product possible and gain a competitive edge against other commercial cleaning firms. It was an opportunity to not just improve, but to take their service offering to the next level.
