Last week, IDC hosted the third 2024 offering of the celebrated Industry Sales Professional Course and our holiday social at the Groupe Lacasse Inc. showroom in Markham, Ont. just north of Toronto! IDC's Trade Mission to the Czech Republic saw Canadian delegates visit trade fairs, exclusive site tours, and landmarks in beautiful Prague and Brno. This trade mission was organized in collaboration with the Cluster of Czech Furniture Manufacturers, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. The mission provided an insight into contemporary trends and traditions in Czech furniture manufacturing, furniture for commercial and residential use, current Czech design trends including Czech glass, and insights into Czech architecture.
