Starting his journey in New Zealand, followed by two years in Australia, Thomas returned in April 2023 as a Senior Product Lead, playing a key role in driving innovation and leading projects that impact healthcare organizations and government agencies alike. 🔹 What He Does As Senior Product Lead, Thomas works closely with stakeholders across various sectors to implement important projects, including product analysis and stakeholder engagement. His expertise spans across Profile for Windows and its integrations, ensuring that healthcare providers have the tools they need to succeed. 🔹 Career Highlights Thomas has played a pivotal role in the New Zealand ePrescribing implementation in 2021 and the Australia ePrescribing initiatives, introducing new technologies that make it easier for patients to access prescriptions. He’s also led projects like Hunter Primary Care’s data transfer and immunization workflow improvements in New Zealand, improving usability and enhancing future customer workflows. 🔹 Beyond Work Outside of work, Thomas is a passionate sports enthusiast, enjoying rugby league, touch football, and golf. With a strong background in user research, experience design, and accessibility, Sarah is dedicated to improving healthcare solutions by making them both visually appealing and easy to use. 🔹 What She Does Sarah works directly with customers to understand their needs and translates that feedback into intuitive user interfaces. Her goal is to design tools that help healthcare providers deliver care more efficiently, all while ensuring the experience is seamless for developers to implement. 🔹 Career Highlights Sarah’s biggest achievement so far has been her work on the Medication Reconciliation project. This feature helps patients and doctors reconcile medication lists during care transitions, reducing medical errors and enhancing patient safety. 🔹 Beyond Work Sarah is passionate about addressing physician burnout in Canada by designing products that are functional and efficient. She believes that thoughtful design can improve the well-being of healthcare professionals while also expanding access to care for communities across Canada.
