Mike McGlone of Afishionado Fishmongers shares with us their approach to create a local, socially relational (with small fisher-folks, retailers, customers), sustainable ecosystem - business with a social and environmental conscious, and how they follow Ocean Wise guidelines but also are cognizant of small scale fisheries that are part of sustainable fisheries ecosystem in Nova Scotia, where their customers know exactly the sources they are getting their seafood from!
