Title: Intermediate to Senior Structural BIM Technician   Job Summary Full-time Intermediate to Senior Structural BIM Technician Key Responsibilities Prepare Structural drawings and 3D models that meet company standards. Assist Engineers with the layout of structures. Coordinate drawings with other consultants. Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Proficient with Revit and experience modelling wood frame and concrete. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Thorough understanding of Structural and Architectural drawings. Familiarity with structural materials and construction processes. Strong organizational and self-directed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Thoroughness in completing tasks with attention to detail. Desire to improve systems and innovate. Ability to work in a team environment and work towards common goals. Required Training & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a BIM structural drafting position. BCIT or VCC Drafting Certification (or equivalent) preferred. Salary & Benefits The base salary for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 based on skills and experience. Annual performance bonuses upon discretion.
