On November 16, Liberty proudly participated in Litchfield Park's (AZ) third annual Touch A Truck Event. The event was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of our employees who volunteered their time and energy. A special thank you goes out to Christina Hidecker, Ambreiah Mims, Lacy Hunt, Virgie Covarrubias, Ruben Lugo, Patrick Alvarez, and Paul Friedman for spending their Saturday representing Liberty. Your efforts in engaging with customers and delighting children who visited our booth made a lasting impression. We were also honored by recognition from the City Manager of Litchfield Park, who personally thanked Liberty for our ongoing contributions to the community. Before we sit down with friends and family over a feast this Thanksgiving and acknowledge all we are grateful for, we must first make it safely to our destination. Here a few tips to keep in mind before hitting the road in the coming days. --Be well rested and alert. --Share travel plans with a family member or friend. --Pack an emergency preparedness kit, supplies and a first aid kit in your vehicle. --Check the weather before departing and along your route. Plan for travel around any storms that may be coming. #TuesdayTip #belongingatliberty

Thank you to Liberty's customer care team who recently provided Liberty customers in New Hampshire with the best service possible. A group of approximately 12 employees from the customer care team gave up their Saturday afternoon to help customers get on-the-spot assistance with their accounts.   The purpose of this event was to provide customers who may be struggling or have questions about their bills with the ability to talk to someone in person and find out what programs are available.   The customers who attended were grateful for the help, and we are so thankful for the dedication and care these outstanding employees show our customers every day of the week.   Keep up the great work team! #FeelGoodFriday! Liberty Employees from North and South Lake Tahoe and Southern California helped plant blister rust resistant Sugar Pine seedlings on the Tahoe National Forest to support forest restoration, wildfire resilience and biodiversity as a Liberty Day opportunity. The project was led by the Sugar Pine Foundation as part of the Truckee River Watershed Council's Annual Truckee River Day. The area that was planted had recently received fuel reduction treatments including tree thinning and removal and prescribed burns.   The group of Liberty employees helped plant over 30 trees during the event. Truckee River Day is an annual event where volunteers work on multiple environmental restoration projects throughout the Truckee River Watershed. This year, Liberty employees were part of over 400 volunteers working across the watershed on a variety of projects. Great work team!   White Pine blister rust is one of the main contributors to increasing tree mortality and wildfire risk across the Western US. Visit the Sugar Pine Foundation's website to learn more and find opportunities to help them plant resilient seedlings in the future! https://lnkd.in/eQdz8dxV see less

This week we spotlight the expertise of Liberty NH. Knowing what to do in an emergency situation doesn’t always come naturally. It takes time, preparation, and practice. In recent weeks, Liberty NH hosted the Northeast Gas Association (NGA) Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) truck emergency drill at the Manchester production facility. In addition to Liberty personnel and NGA association members from around the northeast, about 60 individuals from other companies/municipalities attended, including representatives from the NH Department of Energy, the Manchester Fire Department, National Grid, Transgas, and more.   As the sole Response Assistance Company (RAC) for the entire State of NH, Liberty played an extra special role in this training. Being the RAC means that if there is any emergency involving an LNG truck in the entire state of NH, Liberty will be called upon to provide subject matter expertise and assist the transporter and first responders with logistical and technical support. This is a responsibility that we don’t take lightly, and training like this ensures that Liberty operators and NH first responders can work together cohesively. Thank you to all those involved in the preparation and the dedication to safety and emergency response! #thisisourliberty
