Limitless Growth Partners is a Coaching, Women's Leadership & Culture Advisory firm that partners with organizations to unlock limitless growth in their people and culture, empowering them to achieve and become their highest aspirations. She inspires women to own their voice, redefine their potential, and accelerate their growth while maintaining balance and wellbeing. Her approach is rooted in helping clients change patterns of thinking, build unshakable confidence, & navigate the complexities of leadership and life with courage, while being true to themselves. Andrea also works with business leaders to create the conditions for growth-accelerating cultures to come to life.   • I’ve worked with hundreds of executives and leaders throughout my career. When it comes to company culture, there are certainly some leaders that standout in how they foster a strong and healthy culture that drives long-term growth and fosters belonging. Here’s a snapshot of just some of those qualities I've seen in them. What have I missed?   • I used to think and do these things: ❌ Think I’m not good enough: 1️⃣ Regularly self-sacrificing to serve others. 2️⃣ Felt I needed to deliver more to get the same amount of success and recognition. 3️⃣ Always focusing on others’ need and sacrificing my own. ❌ Think I was alone: 1️⃣ I needed to do it all myself. 2️⃣ Rarely asked for support and didn’t articulate what I needed. ❌ Think that I’m invisible: 1️⃣ Thinking that others don’t care about how I am doing. 2️⃣ Assumed that what I was feeling was obvious to others. 3️⃣ Needed to control how others see me. These beliefs were holding me back. I was exhausted, under-resourced and not in a position to give what I felt others were deserving of from me, especially myself. It’s that whole “put your own oxygen mask on first before you put it onto others”. I needed to challenge my inner narrative and step into a new growth story. One that reflects: ✅ I'm more than enough – cultivating the skills of self-validation and value creation from a place where I have clarity of the true needs of others. “I do not need to over give to prove my value”. ✅ I am seen – continuing to regularly articulate my ideas, feelings and needs in a way that makes my inner experience visible to others. “I own my voice and sharing where I am.” ✅ I have community – I regularly extend and create connection, knowing that I am better as a result of having others contribute to my growth. “Relationships contribute to me being my full self.” This is my new growth narrative.   • You’re in so DEEP, you don’t even see it anymore. Ever find yourself in this situation? You’ve normalized so many negative tendencies and gave the excuse, “this is just how we are around here”. You’ve become blind to the elements of your culture that are holding you and your teams back. Research shows that organizations that have unhealthy culture tendencies reported 23% lower profit growth compared to their counterparts that have strong cultures. They also don’t respond to change as well, are less innovative and resilient. Not to mention, they’re harder environments to attract strong talent to, and of course retain and grow that talent.
