With this new tool, users will be able to access and interact directly with our data on our new website. Insights Atlas pulls neighborhood and city rankings, as well as address-level insights, from Local Logic’s 18 proprietary Location Scores APIs, Profiles APIs, Local SDKs, and Neighborhood SDKs. Since this information is crucial for macro-level research, we created a central location to gather these insights because, together, they tell the story of every neighborhood. With over 15M monthly users across 8,000+ websites, we help people understand what’s in a location, who lives there, and why it is or isn’t the right place for an individual. Our insights have provided home buyers, investors, local governments, urban planning firms, and others with the location-centric information needed to make sound purchasing decisions for years. Now, with our new platform, accessing this data is easier than ever. With the expiration of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act looming in 2025, the new administration’s legislative priorities will significantly influence housing affordability, buyer behavior, and inventory trends, making policy shifts a critical factor for real estate stakeholders to monitor. 3️⃣ Leveraging Seasonal Trends in the Housing Market Seasonality offers strategic opportunities for both buyers and sellers in the housing market.
