📅 Over the past two weekends, the IRIS INC team hung out with some incredible women at: ❤️ That Good Inc: Mastering Me event at 1 Hotel and 🎤 Macgregor Communications: National Menopause Show at MTCC Both events offered the space for connection, education, and the start of some much-needed conversations around a topic often swept under the rug— peri/menopause. L E A R N I N G S ? 💪🏽Skin is Skin: Attendees learned that there is a science behind lubes and wanted to learn more about vulvovaginal care so they could embrace their self-care holistically. 🫱🏾🫲🏾Stigma-Smashers Unite: The willingness of women to engage in open conversations and learn more about their health was inspiring. From ‘OMG, so much learning’ to ‘Wow, thank you for taking the time to teach me that,’ it’s evident that there’s a thirst for education and change. 🪄Collective Learning is Powerful: Providing a brave space to learn about skincare ‘down there’ helps normalize these conversations and empowers women to take control of their health! L O V E + A P P R E C I A T I O N I’m immensely grateful to the dedicated organizers of both events— Catriona Smart and Angela Macgregor your team's tireless efforts translated into seamless events.
