    Whenever people inquire about the best perk Google provides me, they often imagine the unlimited food, creative workspaces, and other amazing benefits. However, to be honest with you, there's a perk that seldom gets mentioned, and it is far more valuable than anything else: having talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds, all over the world. ➡️ I've had the chance to have a meal with engineers from Google DeepMind working on incredible projects located in the same office as me, grab a coffee with product managers of early-access products over 12,000 kilometers away, or even find myself, by sheer coincidence, lost in one of the New York (Chelsea) office with a French colleague who had been living to the USA for a few years! You're going to ask me why all this is so valuable, and let me answer you: 🌍 Global Inspiration: Engaging with colleagues who have taken bold steps, such as expatriation, continually fuels my ambition and imagination. These interactions enrich my worldview, reminding me that pushing all types of boundaries is essential for growth and innovation on both sides: personal and professional - thanks Solenn. 💬 Enhanced Contribution: Conversations over coffee with a product manager discussing user feedback on a specific product, empower me to contribute more effectively. The fact that I can get this conversation in a smooth and easy way, is such a privilege for me - thanks Tomas. 💡 Broadened Technological Perspective: Dining with a DeepMind engineer isn't just a meal; it's a concrete application of the “10x thinking" principle. These interactions extend my grasp of emerging technologies and their potential.
