One thing that we at Meescan pride ourselves in is being affordable and accessible for any library to use - exactly what Mike Cendejas at Scripps Research said about his experience with Meescan.

Meet Sanya, our new sales and marketing co-op student for the fall term. She is currently taking part in the Commerce and Business Administration program at Douglas College. Sanya supports Meescan not just in sales activities but marketing as well! A regular day to day includes creating email campaigns, writing blog posts, and assisting with initial emails to prospective library customers. In her spare time, Sanya enjoys reading a good book, visiting neat cafes around town, and spending time at her local library.

Yale University’s Beinecke Library has been the center of an ever-evolving myth - one article refers to it as the “Killer Library.” However, the truth behind their fire suppression system is much less sinister. As of 2021, the Beinecke Library relies on a chemical called ECARO-25, which works on the molecular level to suppress fires. The gas is non-corrosive and leaves behind no residue, further protecting rare books and manuscripts from damage. The "green" gas is safe for humans as it only temporarily dilutes the oxygen levels.
