Today Midland opened a new 92 door cross-dock terminal in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is Midland’s largest in Atlantic Canada and is strategically located on 22 acres in the Atlantic Gateway – Halifax Logistics Park, next to five highways, which provide quick access to and from the region. Each year, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Newfoundland and Labrador hold their Coats to Kids in Need initiative to distribute coats to children in need across Newfoundland and Labrador. To lend a hand getting supplies to central Newfoundland, Midland ensured the coats were brought from St. John's to Grand Falls for further distribution, helping kids in this region receive their winter gear.
