Part two of two Suggestions for Improvement Availability: It would be wonderful if similar camps could be offered during other school breaks. This would give children more opportunities to participate. Marketing: The camp itself is phenomenal, but I believe the marketing could be greatly improved. I enrolled Natali based on a gut feeling rather than being convinced by the promotional materials. Adding real photos of the camp, leaders, and activities, along with testimonials and a professional website, would make it much easier for parents to trust and understand the value of this program. Final Thoughts Overall, the Mini Titans camp was an incredible experience for Natali. She not only learned practical skills but also grew emotionally and socially. I am extremely grateful to the organizers and leaders for their dedication and thoughtful approach. This camp is a treasure for parents who want their children to thrive in understanding finance and business from an early age. Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity. I hope my feedback helps in enhancing this amazing program even further. Best regards, Bogdan Voznyi Olga Vozna (Founder of Ukrainian Women Business Foundation, Co-Founder of Anytime Accounting)
Mini Titans
Education
Mini Titans is a day camp that teaches children the value of hard-work, discipline, manners, how to fail and negotiation
About us
Mini Titans is an education program that teaches children the values of being an entrepreneur. Where building out and helping support the community holds real merit and it is something worth celebrating. We believe that we don’t have to succumb to the barriers and the issues that are in front of us all. We believe in empowering youth to embrace the obstacle and overcome the issues life gifts to us. That means that we believe in failing. We have designed our program so that your child will fail and that doesn’t make them a failure because the only true way to fail at something is to give up. We will teach them how to approach the problem from a different angles and try again. When they fail again, we will support and work through the issue to build that confidence and resilience with your child. We have noticed that in today's youth these skills or not only lacking but are contributing to the feeling of hopelessness in how capitalism works. We want to give our students the confidence to take on issues that they will face in life and when they inevitably come into hard times, we teach them how to push through for a better tomorrow. We are committed to empowering children to be the best versions of themselves. We believe that every good entrepreneur and young person should work to master the following skills: Resilience, discipline, negotiation, leadership, Goal setting, public speaking how to manage cash flow, public speaking and most importantly hard work. We believe that these will be the necessary tools for your children to excel in their life.

Part one of two. This is what people are saying about our education program. Dear Mike , Thank you for reaching out and giving me the opportunity to share my feedback about the Mini Titans summer camp. First of all, I want to express my gratitude for organizing such a well-thought-out and impactful program. The camp exceeded my expectations and left a lasting positive impression on both Natali and me. Overall Experience The Mini Titans camp is an exceptional program that I believe should even be included in the school curriculum as a dedicated lesson. It provided an excellent combination of fun and education, focusing on practical financial literacy in a way that children could easily understand and enjoy. During the camp, Natali learned about using credits and picked up an impressive range of business-related English vocabulary. Despite being only seven years old, she got the chance to make her first sale, which gave her valuable hands-on experience and boosted her confidence. The camp’s structure, activities, and atmosphere were all of very high quality. I would highly recommend it to any parent who wants their children to develop essential financial skills while having fun. Changes in Natali After attending the camp, I noticed significant positive changes in Natali. The most remarkable was her ability to overcome fear. Initially, she felt nervous and hesitant when trying to sell a product she created. However, through the camp’s supportive environment, she overcame her anxiety and experienced a sense of accomplishment and joy. This skill—learning to act despite fear—is invaluable and something I hope Natali will carry forward in life. Highlights of the Camp Safety: As a parent, my biggest concern is my child’s safety. The camp leaders were familiar faces from our school, which immediately reassured me. The entire program was conducted in a safe and secure environment. Respect for Personal Boundaries: Natali is sensitive about her personal boundaries, and I appreciated that this was respected throughout the camp. She even mentioned how much she loved the atmosphere and how welcoming the leaders were. Practical Learning: The camp combined theory with real-world challenges. Children interacted with real customers and experienced what it means to make a sale, even in a second language. Despite being new to Canada, Natali confidently sold items in English—a moment of pride for me as a parent. Outdoor Activities: Spending time outdoors was another excellent aspect of the camp. It added balance to the overall experience. Self-Esteem Boost: Natali received part of her earnings at the end of the camp, which significantly boosted her confidence and made her feel valued.

Celebrate the Season with Authentic Connections. As the world feels like it's spinning faster, those genuine connections feel more surface level. I wanted to reach out and say over this holiday season to please take the time to really connect to the ones you love. Love can only come from an authentic place and others only feel it from you when your being authentic to yourself. Which begs the question how do you get authentic? That comes from a place of truth. If you feel like your hiding who you are or your not comfortable with the person you are. People will feel that and not feel the full power of the love that you are trying to share with them. If you feel like this is you, then take sometime for yourself this holiday season and really connect with the wonderful person that you know you are. You might have to dig for this person as years and years of ignoring your needs have passed. Life is a journey and when we get lost along the way, that is also part of the journey. So don't pressure yourself and don't look for short cuts out. Once you find yourself again take a moment to look around and allow yourself to understand how you got here and really take that in. Don't stay to long, before you make your plan to get out. If you don't take the time in this step you might find yourself lost in the same spot years down the road. Merry Christmas we are grateful for all your support in 2024, Mini Titans

As we enter the amazing season of giving, let us remember that in 2024 we live in a time full of material things that has been the default to showing others how we care. As time goes on this stuff piles up and before we know it's hard to experience the love that was intended with that gift. Mini Titans Is giving our youth the gift of experiencing ownership and all the hardships and joys that come with that experience. We learn to embrace the struggle so that we are grateful for the journey that each of us creates for ourselves. Contact us for up and coming fundraisers. Info@minititans.ca

Our entrepreneurs worked very hard for 5 days to conceptualize, create and sell their Christmas surprise bags. They even sold out. They made $230 dollars and raised $106.45 for the Royale Canadian Legion as a way to support our veterans. Thank you to all our customers and Thank you to @BowtiePizza for providing fuel to our young entrepreneurs.
