Based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Monarch Innovative Design for Learning (Monarch ID) is a partnership owned and operated by Tobiah Goldstein and Stacey Goldstein. We have a select group of professional colleagues with whom we collaborate frequently. We provide a variety of clients with instructional design services including documentation analysis, gap and needs analysis, high-level documentation design, story-boarding and other activities related to the development of quality e-learning, distance education, print-based, self-study and instructor-led training. Monarch ID works closely with other instructional design companies and academic and corporate clients of various sizes. As you will see, the team members have several years’ demonstrated success in research, writing, editing, instructional design, project management, curriculum review, media development, and program evaluation. Monarch ID uses a professional and systematic approach, based on industry standards, to ensure that learning is designed to be interactive, relevant, and innovative.
